Kevin P. Fisher is a graduate of The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University, Class of 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication, majoring in Journalism and Media Production.
While a student at WSU, Kevin had the opportunity to work for both the WSU Athletic Communication Office as a practicum student and as the women’s golf beat writer for The Daily Evergreen, an award-winning student-run newspaper.
While working in the WSU Athletic Communication Office, Kevin would handle tasks such as stat-compiling, writing and updating brief student-athlete biographies, writing press releases, and various other tasks as needed around the office.
As a sports reporter for The Daily Evergreen, Kevin has covered multiple topics such as women’s golf, track and field and various other stories as assigned by the editors.
As he seeks employment in the media, Kevin is currently employed as bartender. He continues to practice his craft while searching for his next opportunity. His unbridled love for sports carries over in his diligence to produce a quality product for both the passionate and casual sports observer alike.
